These are our terms and conditions, please
- To upload content to Fusion’s Digital Gallery, users must be over aged 16.
- Content uploaded to Fusion’s Digital Gallery must have been created by children and young people between the ages of 0-25 years.
- Fusion reserves the right to remove content at their discretion.
- Anyone uploading content must have permission from the content creator before sharing it on the Fusion
Digital Gallery and in instances where it is being uploaded on behalf of a young person under the age of 16 years, permissions must already have been granted by their parent or legal guardian. - Any content which is deemed inappropriate will not be uploaded to the Digital Gallery and will be deleted by Fusion.
- On uploading content to the Fusion Digital Gallery, you agree for Fusion to use and share your content for
promotional purposes. - If at any time you wish the content to be removed, please contact Fusion directly using the contact details on the Fusion website.
