online gallery

Welcome to our online gallery

A place where artwork and projects created by pupils can be submitted to feature in our gallery and enjoyed by everyone. Please ensure that you have appropriate approvals in place before sharing any photos.

How to submit pupils’ creative work?

1. Save the project in a relevant format

Firstly you need to save your project in the file formats we can accept. We can then upload them to the online gallery on your behalf after submission.

The file formats we accept are below.

Formats accepted: Word, Jpeg, tiff, mp3, mp4, PDF

2. Write about the creative work

Let us know who created the project, what the process was and why the project was created e.g. was it for a competition or a school arts project?

Formats accepted: Word or type into the box on the form

3. Submit your images and text

By using the form to submit the project we ask for all personal and project details as well as images or documents.

This ensures we have the full picture of the project and can create the gallery post.

4. Await approval and addition to the website

Once we have received the submission, we take a look and make sure it is appropriate to be featured on our platform.

Once we have done our internal checks and all is approved, we will email you telling you your project is live on the gallery.

5. Share your page on social media

Once you have the link for the live project you can share this on social media, via text or email. To spread the word the amazing project is live on the Fusion gallery!
